Take one capsule daily ideally with food. Avoid hot drinks and food immediately before and after taking the capsule. The contents can be sprinkled on cold food or mixed with a cold drink. If you are taking antibiotics, take one capsule daily, ideally with a meal 2-4 hours after you have taken your antibiotic.

Maltodextrin, Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (Capsule), Bifidobacterium longum ES1 CECT 7347, Lactobacillus rhamnosus BPL15 CECT 8361, Anti-caking agent (Magnesium stearate).
