Placing Orders

Each order is subjected to items being available and also subjected to us, “MotherandBaby.ie”, accepting the order, we hold the right of refusal on any order. Once an order is received on our website an automated email will be sent to the email you provide, acknowledging the order. This email does not mean acceptance of this order. Upon dispatch of an order another automated email will be sent. Every effort is made to make sure of accuracy of description and price, however there may be instances where errors could arise. If an error arises MotherandBaby.ie cannot accept the order. If there are any mistakes we will contact you to fully explain and correct the error. Any information displayed on our website is an invitation to treat and is not a firmly established offer for sale. A contract is only firmly established once we supply the goods. 

 

Credit Card Payments

Once you have completed your shopping, you will be directed to the checkout section where we will request details for your order to be processed, once you complete all of these details an order number and order confirmation  will be sent to the email address you have provided. MotherandBaby.ie use the most current shopping methods with trusted and secure payment processing system provided by PaymentSense. Your credit or debit card will be charged once you place an order and your goods will be dispatched once the payment has been authorised and cleared.

 

Promotional codes:

Mother&Baby.ie offer promotional codes from time to time and they are permitted for use one at a time. These promotional offers and codes may not be used along with any other offers, for example, sale items.

Delivery and Returns

The returns policy for MotherandBaby.ie has been developed to maintain a low cost and make the procedure as seamless as possible. Before you send any order back to us you must contact us and obtain a returns authorisation number (RA). We cannot refund any order without this RA number.

 

Exchange 

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the order to us within seven days and we will exchange the items or issue a refund providing the goods are in their original packaging and in saleable condition. All original boxes, manuals, warranty cards (blank), accessories and relevant manufacturer documents must be returned along with the items. It can take up to five working days for refunds to appear back on your statement. If MotherandBaby.ie labels are taken off the products then the warranty will not be valid. Any returned items that have been tampered with by the customer prior to returning, will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please be aware that there may be a second charge if you are exchanging your order for another item.

 

 Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We do our very best to make sure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. Please contact us if you do not receive your order in the agreed timeframe or if you receive any damaged or faulty item please contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will get the situation rectified as a priority. For any incorrect/damaged goods received, we will refund delivery charges.

Delivery service

 

We endeavour to make our delivery service as seamless as is possible, we can send your order to your specified address. We deliver only to your specified address within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, Monday to Friday. When free delivery is applied to an order, we use our standard delivery service. If you order after 2pm, the next working day is considered day one for delivery. Please allow for longer delivery times for bank holidays and over the Christmas period. Please take note of individual delivery times on products, as these differ. In any case, we will try to deliver within one working day. Standard delivery option can take longer, as they will be sent via postal service, these deliveries cannot be tracked. If we are aware of any delays with delivery we will contact you via email. If you miss a delivery, An Post can re-delivery at a small extra cost, or you can pick up your parcel from your local An Post depot (An Post will leave a calling card with this information).

Export restrictions

MotherandBaby.ie will only deliver goods within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland at the moment. At a later date, we plan to add exports to our list of services. Please do contacts us if you have any special delivery requests.

What emails will I receive on ordering?

On ordering with us you will receive 3 automatic emails. First, you will get an order confirmation with your invoice, following that you will receive a shipping confirmation once your goods are dispatched. Finally, after a short period, you will receive a review email giving you a chance to review the products you have purchased and our service. No further emails will be received after that unless you have clicked subscribe to coupons at the checkout during your purchase. Please note outside the above process you may receive emails from our staff replying to your requests or giving any out of the ordinary updates about that specific order that our automatic system cannot handle efficiently.
