I've received delivery but now I've changed my mind

You’ve received your delivery, but you no longer want the product for You have 30 days (from delivery date) to return the item(s) to us. We only request that the package is returned unopened (seal still intact) and in saleable condition. Returns need to be sent via your chosen method. We recommend insuring and tracking your return as we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged item. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 48 hours (Note: it may take up to five working dates for refunds to appear in your bank account).


This is not what I ordered!

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation as soon as possible. In the unlikelihood that this situation happens, we request that you contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a new delivery and a return of the incorrect item. Needless to say, you will not be charged for either the delivery or return of both items.


My product is faulty

Unfortunately, these things can happen, even to the best of brands. Thankfully it doesn’t happen very often, but if you do receive a product and notice a fault, contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible; either arrange a repair or replacement. You won’t be charged for any of the shipping costs that may be involved (keep in mind each product comes with a guarantee period, so contacting us as quickly as possible will avoid any extra hiccups).


Item(s) damaged in transit

If your order is delivered damaged, this most likely happened during transit. Please contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
