NB* You must contact customer service by phone or email to ensure your item is eligible for a return and/or to troubleshoot any issues that may be solvable over the phone. Once we have established that the item can be returned we will email you a return form to be filled and included with your item as well as return shipping information.

 

 

I've changed my mind.

If you've changed your mind on your purchase all you need to do is return the item to us within 30 days of ordering. Our only requirement is that the item is in a saleable condition – unopened with packaging intact.  Please note we are unable to arrange a pick up of unwanted items so we do ask that you return the item(s)  to us by the method of your choice. We highly recommend using a courier service that has tracking and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items in transit .. Once we get your item back we will process your refund within 48 hours, but keep in mind it may take up to 5 days to appear back on your statement. Please be aware that if seals on some items i.e. gates have been opened we are unable to offer a return. Please make sure you carefully measure your space before purchasing gates, if you're not sure get in touch with us and we will help you determine suitability. We ask you to make sure that when you are returning an item to make sure it is packaged up securely, any items that arrive back damaged, opened or used, will not be eligble for a refund and will have to be returned to you at your cost

This is not what I ordered!

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation as soon as possible. In the unlikelihood that this situation happens, we request that you contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a new delivery and a return of the incorrect item. Needless to say, you will not be charged for either the delivery or return of both items.

 

My product is faulty

Unfortunately, these things can happen, even to the best of brands. Thankfully it doesn’t happen very often, but if you do receive a product and notice a fault, contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible; either arrange a repair or replacement. You won’t be charged for any of the shipping costs that may be involved (keep in mind each product comes with a guarantee period, so contacting us as quickly as possible will avoid any extra hiccups). 

 

Item(s) damaged in transit

If your order is delivered damaged, this most likely happened during transit. Please contact us immediately to resolve this issue.  

 

Return Information for Clothing Products (such as Belly Bandit, Lola&Lykke, Carriwell)

As long as the product has not been worn or used, you can exchange or return it within 30 days.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any lotions or oils.

Merchandise must have all tags, in the packaging and in a saleable condition.

All unworn Belly Bandits must be free of damage, and any signs of wear including creases, stretching, stains or any other visible signs of usage.

Compression products immediately conform to your body shape if worn for any length of time. Remember to try on the products briefly if you are considering an exchange. 

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition with any clothing tags, stickers or company information still attached.

Any bands returned damaged and worn will be refused for exchange & returned to you at your expense.
