We are a premium An Post Customer with Normal Transit times of 1 - 2 Business Days for orders placed before 12.30 pm.

*99% of our deliveries are dispatched by 12.30pm weekdays however dispatch times can vary, product dependent, for any non standard dispatch/delivery times these will be listed on the individual product page

We dispatch before 12.30pm Monday to Friday and use premium couriers to deliver nationwide in Ireland & Northern Ireland, always in discreet unmarked packaging for maximum privacy.

Delivery Costs:

*€5.60 for our premium courier service,  or Free for some items that apply for free shipping and in cases where you have a coupon code that we give our from time to time. Watch out for the free shipping information in each product description. If there are multiple items are present in your cart the full order will qualify for free shipping if one of the items applies for free shipping.

Standard delivery cost is €3.99 and is via An Post , this service does not have any tracking available. Delivery timeframe for this is listed as 2 - 7 working days. In the very rare instance that your order does not arrive we will need to escalate this with An Post and raise a tracer on your parcel if it isn't received by the 7th working day. This process can take up to 4 weeks, refunds or replacements cannot be issued until An Post confirm the item as lost. Delays can occur due to busy periods with An Post or if an item is misrouted by An Post

 

Delivery : Time Frame & Details

Tracked Anpost

  • Delivery with our courier service is normally within 1 - 2  business days provided the order has been placed before 12.30 pm. If the order is placed after 12.30 pm, the following working day will serve as the day that your order was placed.
  • Tracked Anpost is a more premium option and is nearly always faster but does not guarantee a timeframe for delivery. The additional delivery charge is not just for the normally faster timeframe but also for the tracking, text updates and insurance facility but doesn't guarantee a timeframe. Current Data from Anpost indicate 92% of all deliveries using this method arrive within 1 working day.
  • In some rare cases, the delivery may take longer for larger items, special stock items that must be ordered from the manufacturer or due to unforeseen delays with the courier. Please note we do not offer refunds or reimbursement for delays on delivery. Please note due to our extensive range of Biocare specialty vitamins we do not always carry large stocks of each item and therefore next day delivery is not always possible - on each detailed product page of each item we give an estimated delivery timeframe - in most cases its 1 - 2 business days.

 

  • An Post will send email and text alerts regarding your delivery to the email address and mobile phone number provided by you when you place your order. Please ensure that this information is correct. An Post will alert you when your order is out for delivery and when it is delivered, please look out for this information, as if there is a problem with your delivery it is recommended to notify An Post within one week. After that timeframe escalations will take longer. After we dispatch your order and you receive tracking information from An Post,  please contact An Post directly for any delivery queries before contacting us as this is the quickest way to get your query resolved. Budget Anpost Mail

This budget option uses the anpost mail system to deliver your order and has no tracking, text update or insurance. In the rare case where your package gets lost there is no insurance to cover this, however we will be able to replace your order by following the due process with Anpost. In this unlikely circumstance you will be requested fill out a denial of receipt declaration that will be shared with Anpost. This process can take 1 to 3 weeks to complete.

 

What happens if I miss a delivery with An Post?

An Post Courier Service will attempt delivery for the first time, if no one is available at the place of delivery, a docket will be left stating missed delivery and your parcel will be sent to your local delivery office (please note that this is your local An Post delivery office and not your local post office). You have two options thereafter:

1)      Collect your parcel from your local delivery office (parcels will be kept for 5 working days from date of missed delivery)

2)      Rearrange delivery back to the initial delivery address or to an address of your choice, this can only be done online directly with An Post. The link to request re-delivery is www.anpost.ie/redelivery

If a delivery isn't collected at the depot after a missed delivery, it will be returned back to us here, to arrange a new delivery with us a new delivery charge will apply

 

Packaging

In most cases, your order will be sent in recycled unmarked packaging. All packaging has a courier label attached, which contains address information and your contact number to assist the courier should he/she need to contact you to arrange delivery. In some cases, for larger orders, we will recycle packaging from our suppliers with the environment in mind. This packaging may have some branding on it ; if you have specific requirements for packaging please let us know - we would be happy to facilitate you.

 

At Mother and Baby, we take great pride in ensuring that your orders reach you in a timely and efficient manner. However, we understand that in the unlikely event that you don't receive your order, issues may occasionally arise during the delivery process. We want to assure you that we are here to assist you in such situations. If, for any reason, your order doesn't make it to your doorstep, please don't hesitate to contact us. To facilitate a prompt resolution, it's crucial that you notify us within 30 days of placing your order, as regrettably, we are unable to trace or address issues for orders older than this timeframe. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your trust in us. Rest assured, we will work diligently with the courier to resolve any delivery-related concerns you may have.
