Packing & Shipping

We use a premium courier and An Post that delivers to Ireland nationwide as well as Northern Ireland. Order before 1pm Monday through Friday to ensure same day dispatch. Read about more key shipping details below:

  • We offer free shipping on selected items.
  • Our premium delivery option is fully insured, which includes a Track & Trace service.
  • Orders packed in discreet, unmarked packaging.
  • Packaging is recycled when possible.

How much will delivery cost?

When you are ready for checkout, you will have two delivery options:

  • Premium courier service, €4.99
  • Standard postal service, €2.99

Be on the lookout for shipping information in each product description. If just one of your many items has the free delivery option, your entire purchase will have free shipping applied to it. Free delivery orders will ship using standard postal service (depending on size and value of order).   


When will I get my delivery?

Delivery moves quite rapidly - most items ship within one working day, provided you’ve placed your order before 1pm. For various large items, or special stock products needing to be ordered from the manufacturer, delivery may possibly take longer. Delays may also occur with the courier, which is out of our control. is not responsible for courier delays and will not issue refunds with regards to delivery.

Who Will Deliver Your Order?:

When you select standard deliver we will use An Post regular post (stamps). Premium delivery option is with An Post or DPD, once your item is dispatched you will get a notification email with the courier who will be delivering your order and also your tracking number. In a small number of instances when standard delivery is selected we may upgrade this to premium delivery, you will receive notification of this also. DPD will notify you by text and/or email to let you know that your order is out for delivery, if no one is home they will try to phone you and will leave with a neighbour if requested


Is my package insured?

If you’ve selected the premium delivery option, the order you placed with is insured. If an unfortunate circumstance arises where your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.


How can I track my delivery?

If you’ve selected the premium delivery option, an automatic email will be prompted, including your order, the tracking number and a link to follow and track. If this email does not arrive, please contact us immediately.


What if I miss a delivery with An Post?

The first time, an in-person delivery with An Post Courier will be attempted. If no one is available at the delivery address, An Post will leave a delivery docket and bring your shipment to your local delivery office  (It is important to note that your local An Post delivery office may be in a different location to your local post office). An Post courier will not call prior to delivery. If you have missed your delivery, you have two options:

  • Pick up your items from your local delivery office. An Post will keep packages for 5 working days from the date of your missed delivery.
  • You can arrange for An Post to deliver your parcel back to either the original shipping address or another address. This arrangement must be done directly with An Post and they will charge €1.00 for this service. To request a new delivery, click here

Standard Postal Service

If you choose standard delivery service, using the standard An Post postal service, your order cannot be tracked and is not insured. In the unlikely event that a package goes missing, it can take upwards to four weeks for this to arrive back at We will not give refunds or exchanges until the package has arrived back to us. We allow up to a week for delivery before logging this as an escalation with An Post.



Most orders will be dispatched in recycled, unbranded packaging. It will have a courier label, your address and a contact number, if the courier needs to contact you directly regarding delivery. Sometimes for larger orders, we will use recycled packaging from our suppliers (keeping the environment in mind), this may have some branding on it. If you have special requirements for packaging, please contact us directly..
