Research has found this to be the most absorbent area. Replace the cap after use. Once opened use within 6 months. Does not have to be taken with food or at a set time of day, find a time that fits best with your daily routine. Supplements should not replace a healthy diet and exercise. Keep out of childrens reach. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
